1. Order Cancellation by Customers
You can cancel your order free of charge before the vendor begins preparing it. Once preparation starts, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Vendors or Platform
On rare occasions, an order may be cancelled by the vendor or NisaXpress due to item unavailability or delivery logistics. In these cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
